A chance to step away from everything for a few hours before the madness of December begins.

RESTORE is a day built around one idea - recovery is a skill, and you can get better at it. We'll bring together movement and strength, mobility, recovery, good food and some proper time to slow down, all in a warm room in the Monmouthshire countryside with 11 other women who need it as much as you do.

Your place includes a coached, unhurried strength and mobility session where every exercise is adaptable, a short talk on what stress actually does to your body and why the answer is rarely "do more", a long, slow lunch cooked by Orchard Kitchen with 10 minutes on why the plate looks the way it does, a gentle autumn walk (unless it's torrential), and a restore session with blankets out and lights down - breathing, legs up the wall and a guided body scan. You'll take a simple measure of how your body arrives and how it leaves, so you go home with proof rather than just a feeling.

You'll also take home your printed RESTORE booklet with the winter Daily 10 move by move, your restore breathing routine and the lunch recipes.

Not another thing to achieve. Not a day of pushing yourself. Just some time to move, reset and look after yourself.
